At Trumbull’s Coatings, we take pride in the quality of every floor we install. We believe a professionally prepared and installed coating system should provide years of dependable performance.

That’s why qualifying residential floor coating installations are backed by our 15-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty.

This warranty covers premature peeling, delamination, or adhesion failure resulting directly from improper installation or workmanship by Trumbull’s Coatings.

If a covered failure occurs, we will inspect the affected area and, if the issue is determined to be covered under this warranty, Trumbull’s Coatings will repair or replace the affected coating at no charge to the homeowner.

WHAT’S COVERED

This warranty covers qualifying failures resulting directly from our workmanship, including:

• Premature peeling or delamination caused by improper installation

• Adhesion failure resulting from improper surface preparation or application

• Other coating failures determined to be directly attributable to Trumbull’s Coatings’ workmanship

Warranty coverage is limited to the affected area of the original installation.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from conditions outside of Trumbull’s Coatings’ workmanship, including:

• Concrete movement, cracking, settling, or structural issues

• Excessive moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or uncontrolled water intrusion

• Impact, abuse, neglect, or misuse

• Scratches, gouges, cuts, burns, or physical damage

• Chemical damage or exposure outside normal residential use

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper cleaning, maintenance, or care

• Damage caused by alterations, repairs, or work performed by others

• Fading, discoloration, or cosmetic changes

• Conditions outside the reasonable capabilities of the installed coating system

MOISTURE & CONCRETE

Our coating systems are installed over existing concrete, and the performance of the finished floor can be affected by conditions within or beneath that concrete.

This warranty does not cover failures caused by underlying concrete conditions, structural movement, excessive moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or uncontrolled water intrusion beyond the reasonable capabilities of the installed system.
